Done!

                    The McIntosh 2009 Christmas Tree is complete!

We stayed up a little past bedtime to complete the tree tonight!  Tanner and Brynn put up almost all of the ornaments on the bottom half and then Tanner helped Daddy on the top (by this time Brynn was running around crazy, see below).  This boy is really starting to earn his keep around here! 

This is what Tanner and Brynn completed while Don and I were upstairs finishing the dinner dishes.  It was so cute hearing Tanner helping Brynn hang up the ornaments, he was so patient with her and even lifted her up to hang some of the ornaments (okay the patience wore off about an hour later!)

And in case any of you are wondering how our kids act when they are up past their bedtime.  Well Tanner gets grumpy and moody and Brynn, well she gets extremely hyper and does crazy things like put goggles on her head and run around the basement like a banshee!  And then she is so tired she runs into things or falls down.  Yep – off to bed Brynn before we have to make a trip to the emergency room!
