First Day of School!

Another summer gone and another year of school beginning!  I always loved the first day of school.  This year both Tanner and Brynn are celebrating the first day of school!  Brynn has been waiting for the first day of preschool for a looooooong time.  Tanner well let’s just say he never really looks forward to the first day of school.  There is usually a lot of whining before school starts and this year was no different, but once Tanner is at school he always has a good time, well on most days anyway!

So do you think Brynn is a little tired of first day of school pictures yet?

Waiting in line for 3rd grade, you know they are big kids when no parents are waiting in line with their kids!  And Tanner’s big 3rd grade desk!!

Brynn is playing, I mean working hard at her first day of preschool!  That is one of her best buddies Evan she is playing with.  Two of her very good friends are in her class!

This little girl was awfully excited to see that even preschool has her favorite plastic animals to play with.  She had them all lined up on the table in no time!

And they both had a wonderful first day of school!  Well Brynn was only there for an hour today, but it was a great hour!  Tanner was bummed a couple of his good friends are not in his class this year, but they are right next door and he still has many other friends in his class.  And best of all, my classroom is right next door to Tanner’s, so I can keep a VERY close eye on him this year!!!   It should be a great year!
