Do you ever think about your half birthday? Well if you have a summer birthday, like Tanner, it is a very important day because this is when you celebrate your birthday at school. Tanner’s half birthday was yesterday and it was almost as good as his real birthday, just without the presents and cake. We made rice crispy treats to bring to school, Tanner got to decorate and wear his birthday crowns and everyone sang happy 1/2 birthday to him. Now if you ask Tanner how old he is, he makes it very clear that he is 5 and 1/2 years old!
