Watching forty hot air balloons get ready and take off on a beautiful Colorado morning needs to be a must do event on everyone's list. This is the second year we have gone to the Erie Town Fair Hot Air Balloon Event and it will be a yearly tradition. It is so awesome!!! Really, words can't describe it. It is something you just have to experience for yourself. This year my dad spent the night (my mom was out of town) and joined us for the event. Tanner really enjoyed it this year (last year he was a little grouchy at 6:00 a.m.) and Brynn slept through the whole thing! We had a really good time and took some really cool pictures. Here are just a few of the 50+ pictures I took! And yes it was really hard to choose just these six, I could have added a lot more!
