Beautiful Day!

Yesterday was just the most beautiful day! Don is home for the whole week and (I know I am going to jinx myself now) Brynn is the most wonderful sleeper. I feed her around midnight and she is consistently sleeping from about 12:30ish to sometime after 5:00 a.m., this morning she didn't wake until 6:00! I haven't done the dreaded 3:00 a.m. feeding yet! Keep this up baby girl and we'll buy you a car!! Tanner has actually been more of a pain at night then Brynn. Now that it is light longer at night Tanner doesn't think he needs to go to bed until 10:00.  Anyway, back to the glorious day yesterday, since we are not too sleep deprived Don and Tanner went outside and did some much needed yard  work and then went on their first official bike ride.  They only went around the block, but Tanner is able to ride, stop and start his bike all on his own.   We are working on hills.  He just loves to go bike riding these days and is getting very brave riding fast and ringing his bell while riding, it makes me nervous ! We ended the day with some of mommy's friends stopping by to visit and then took Brynn on her third car ride to Dairy Queen!  Here are some pictures of Brynn - 5 days old!

Speaking of  Tanner and his lack of sleep.  This boy has been in desperate need of a nap the last couple of days,  but he thinks he is too big to nap.  Well this is how we have found him the last two evenings!

Tanner was sent to his room because he refused to pick up his shoes and this is how we found him about 10 mins. later.

No, Tanner is not praying, he fell asleep eating dinner!
